Are all your yarns made from 100% pure Shetland Wool? We are very pleased to inform that the only yarn which we produce with blending of different fibres is our Ultra range which are made from 50% Lambswool and 50% Shetland Wool, all other yarns are made from Shetland fleece grown and spun in Shetland.   I'm trying to order from the shop but I can't enter my details. I keep getting a message declaring 'value to long'. How do I order if I can't enter my details?

Why has the postage increased?
Due to difficulties with deliveries to some of our customers we are now sending all packages using recorded delivery.
What are the tensions of your different yarns?
All the yarn tensions are listed in the "Products" section on the home page.

Where Can I buy Soft Shetland and Chunky?

We have simply renamed these products to Shetland Heather and Shetland Marl respectively.

Where Can I find Errata?

What Is Included In A Yarn Pack?

Our yarn packs include the correct amount and colour of yarn for each pattern. The patterns are all produced seperatly in the corresponding book. We cannot photocopy patterns from books as they are all under copyright.
